At Frockaholics.com, we know you want different payment options online, just like you have in a store, and we are pleased to introduce our Online Layby system.

1.  All laybys require a 40% deposit.
2.  The layby period is strictly 4 weeks (28 days).  Laybys will be automatically cancelled on day 29.
3.  Layby deposits are non-refundable.
4.  Layby items are non-refundable.

Arranging and managing your layby at FROCKAHOLICS.COM is simple - just follow the steps below.

1.  If you haven't already done so, establish your Frockaholics account by clicking here or 'My Account' at the top of any Frockaholics page.
2.  Add all the items you wish to layby to your shopping bag.
3.  Click on your Shopping Bag, the proceed to Checkout.
4.  Choose 'Login and Proceed to Checkout'.
5.  Tick the layby box.
6.  Choose your payment method and finalise your checkout.

You will receive an e-mail confirming your layby, and weekly reminders of your balance.

Simple!  Again, just follow the steps below:

1.  Login to your Frockaholics account here.
2.  Select 'My Order History'.
3.  Select your Layby order by clicking on the Order Number.
4.  Scroll down the page to 'Make a Payment' and follow the instructions.
5.  Choose your payment method, and finalise your payment.

Please note that even if you choose to pay with Paypal, the steps above must be completed to ensure that your layby payment is processed at FROCKAHOLICS.COM.
